Adults

So all the baby chimps you have been seeing grow up.....and then they usually live for a long time....like 50 years...or 70 if your name is gregoire.

Here are some of the adults...I will omit most of their names because there are like 70 of them and i dont know them nearly as well as i know the infants and juveniles i am working with.

Here is one of the moms. these chimps are all on birth control because the last thing tchimpounga needs is more chimps (its an orphanage after all), but sometimes somebody slips one past the goalie so to say.


here are some adults drinking the soy stuff. they love it too.




and here is the nightly feast after coming inside for the night. yes, this picture is of the inside. not too shabby.


this is just one of the reason adults are very dangerous...serious canines.
